#GivingTuesday is back at Lakeside

You’ve heard of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but what about #GivingTuesday?

Lakeside Chautauqua has joined #GivingTuesday, a national day of giving. Taking place on Tuesday, December 2, 2014, #GivingTuesday harnesses the collective power of non-profits, families, businesses and individuals to transform how people think about, talk about and participate in the giving season.

For the second year, Lakeside Chautauqua will partner with the national #GivingTuesday movement and introduce an initiative that supports recreation in the community. On this day of giving, we will collect donations to enhance the miniature golf course.

Built in the 1960s, Lakeside’s miniature golf course is a multi-generational tradition. Each summer, families gather for tournaments, an afternoon of fun and to introduce this leisure activity to a new generation.

After 51 years, it is still a cherished tradition along the lakefront that allows families to reconnect, enjoy the slower pace and share in youthful fun at Lakeside.

Learn about how Lakeside Chautauqua is participating in this year’s national giving day and how you can give back!
