The Lakeside Symphony comes to Town
Inspired by the Lakeside Symphony Orchestra (LSO), The Lakeside Symphony Comes to Town is the portrayal of the various musicians in the LSO and the town that becomes their home during the summer season.
The Lakeside Symphony Comes to Town is available for purchase online. The book will also be available at The Fine Print bookstore this summer. Proceeds from sales of the book will be donated to the LSO.
The Dream Tree CD
The Parents’ Choice Foundation, the nation’s oldest nonprofit consumer guide to quality children’s media, has awarded The Dream Tree with a “Recommended” Award.
What the Rafters Heard
What the Rafters Heard is the second printed work from the Lakeside Writing Project. The book tells the story of what the rafters in buildings around Lakeside have heard over the last 140 years through a collection of short stories, poetry, photos and more.
All printed works in the book were submitted by Lakeside community members this past summer. What the Rafters Heard is available online. The book will also be available next summer at The Fine Print bookstore.
