You’re Invited to the LWBS Fundraiser Dinner

Wooden Boat ShowThe Lakeside Wooden Boat Society (LWBS) will host a Fundraiser Dinner at 6 p.m. Friday, July 17 in the lakefront yard of hosts Mame and Bill Drackett.

At this year’s event, plein air artists will paint and visit with patrons while appetizers and refreshments are served, and the artistry of Chris Craft boats will be displayed.

Dinner, with a spectacular view of the Lake Erie islands, will also be served.

Tickets for the LWBS Fundraiser Dinner are $100 per person. Limited tickets are available.

Purchase tickets at the Legacy House, located at 217 Walnut Ave., between 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Proceeds for the LWBS Fundraiser Dinner will benefit LWBS’ children’s programing and the continued maintenance of Amazing Grace, a 1939 Richardson Cruiser that is available for wooden boat rides and private charters this summer.
