Community Forum InfographicLakesiders have spent the summer providing feedback to develop a master plan for Lakeside’s future.

You have graciously participated in interviews, focus groups, community forums, surveys and presidential roundtable discussions and have also commented on social media and The Front Porch blog.

Through these touchpoints, you have identified successes, important aspects and critical needs, as well as long-term opportunities and your vision for the community, buildings and open spaces.

Now, it is time to unite together. Join us for a Community Forum at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 5 in Hoover Auditorium.

At the forum, comprehensive data will be shared, and you will learn about short- and long-term actions moving forward.

For those unable to attend, an audio recording and the PowerPoint presentation will be posted on the website at

The development of a master plan is a critical component for Lakeside’s future to ensure that the design of the grounds and facilities continue to support Lakeside’s mission and five strategic goals. This process will be extensive and long-term.

We appreciate your feedback. Every voice matters.
