Are you looking to renovate your home? If so, look no further than Radiant Windows and Radiant Remodeling based out of Oak Harbor, Ohio. Radiant Windows and Radiant Remodeling are locally owned, faith based businesses that are accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The businesses stem from Radiant Windows which was founded in 2001 by Mike Shadoan and specializes in windows and doors. However, the company expanded to additionally create the Radiant Remodeling business. Together, the businesses can complete a wide array of home renovations.

Radiant provides full-service kitchen and bathroom remodeling, custom decks, home additions, and even whole home remodeling services.

Radiant creates designs that will stand the test of time in terms of durability as well as style. One way Radiant does this is through the Design/Build process.

In the Design/Build process, the client contracts with a single company for both design and construction services. The designer works closely with clients, listening to their needs and desires while balancing the project’s budget and timeline. Designers screen what works for a client, narrowing down the overwhelming amount of available choices, into a feasible, personally tailored set of options.

“Having a designer by your side ensures that the choices you make will be consistent with your lifestyle and the look you’re aiming for,” said Anne Almendinger, the interior designer for Radiant Remodeling.

Radiant’s focus on customer satisfaction is also evident through their accolades.

Radiant is a Torch Award nominee and is the highest A-rated window company in Northern Ohio by Angie’s List. They also have received the Angie’s List Super Service Award every year since 2003. Radiant has won many distinguished awards, recently being recognized as one of the top 200 remodeling companies in the country.

Additionally, Shadoan, the founder and owner of Radiant, personally inspects every project to put his seal of approval on it.

“It is my personal commitment to you that we will earn your 100% satisfaction and that you will enjoy your experience with Radiant Windows,” said Shadoan.

Radiant’s overarching focus on consumer care has led to over 80% of business coming from customer referrals.

“We’re committed to exceeding expectations,” said Martha Meyer, a Radiant team member. “Our high rate of referral marketing shows how dedicated we are to delivering the perfect experience for the customer.”

The longevity and experience of Radiant’s staff also better allows them to create durable designs and satisfied customers.

Shadoan began his career designing window systems, manufacturing equipment and factories for the North American window industry. He also holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Design Technology.

Almendinger has nearly three decades of experience in the kitchen and bathroom design field and can produce 3-dimensional detailed drawings of the project.

Scott Thompson, the project manager, has more than two decades of experience. His experience, coupled with his valuable knowledge in regards to the building sciences, allows him to build logical, durable designs as well as quickly troubleshoot complex problems.

Furthermore, Radiant shows their concern not only for individual clients, but for the community as a whole.

Radiant is on the Oak Harbor Development Group and sponsors the Benton-Carroll-Salem, BCS, Lunch Program in Oak Harbor. They also sponsor the Oak Harbor Library Book Club and the Humane Society.

“We’re part of the community. And if you’re part of a community, it’s important to be active in that community,” said Meyer.
