Lakeside Chautauqua hired Shelby Brossia to support the development and fundraising efforts. She will round out the team and work alongside Mallory Glenn, Development Director.
Brossia most recently worked at Stein Hospice as the Events Facilitator and helped coordinate 17 fundraising events in a calendar year. She also was instrumental in building and maintaining the business and community sponsorships and media marketing campaigns.
Glenn explained, “We are excited to welcome Shelby to Lakeside as she joins the team.” As you stop at the Legacy House, be sure to welcome Shelby to the team.
Before working at Stein Hospice, she also worked at the Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Sandusky. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University in education with a major in tourism, leisure and event planning, and is currently working on her master of arts degree in strategic communications and social media.
“I am very enthusiastic about my new role and am looking forward to getting the opportunity to work alongside so many talented individuals,” Brossia said. “I am here to help support the mission and vision of Lakeside Chautauqua and can’t wait to meet everyone in the Lakeside community!”
