This year, our Programming Department hired a new Programming Manager and Director of the C. Kirk Rhein, Jr., Center for the Living Arts. We also welcomed back Casie Eller as the Programming Manager in April of this year. She previously worked as the Programming Assistant in 2012. In November 2013, MaryAnn Kelmer was hired as the new Director of the Arts Center. Meet our Programming Department:

The C. Kirk Rhein, Jr., Cen­ter for the Living Arts will host a party to celebrate 15 years of offering classes in the arts at Epworth Lodge. The party will take place from 3:30-5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 8 at the Rhein Center. Previous directors, staff, in­structors and students will be present to share memories and rekindle friendships that began at the Rhein Center. Exciting changes are taking place at Lakeside Chautauqua’s hidden treasure on the hill, the C. Kirk Rhein, Jr., Center for the Living Arts. This summer, the Rhein Center will introduce online class registration to the Lakeside Chautauqua community. With the implementation of online registration, the Rhein Center will be able to offer many classes without relying on the lottery system, and make them available for early registration and payment.
